What is Bilona Ghee?
Bilona ghee is made by blending fat from the milk with curd. It takes almost 48 hours to churn this ghee. Approximately 30 kilograms of curd is used to make 1 Kilogram of ghee. The churning process removes milk solids, decreasing the casein.
How to Use?
Bilona ghee can be used for cooking including frying and stir-frying. Our ghee has no flavour or taste and many of our customers have used it even for non-traditional cuisines such as Italian or Mexican. The ghee does not change the taste.
